I have installed the password protection action and it works good. Question is can it direct to another page when the wrong password is entered? I want it go to aPassword Incorrect.

Nope - not without a major rewrite of the action.
The action is Dumb - in that it is not aware of the ‘correct’ password so doesn’t know that the password is wrong to direct you somewhere else.
