[Pro] Pay Pall button

Hi all,

I have a question regarding the Paypal action button in pro. I’m setting up a small e-commerce shop on a website and am using the Paypal action item buttons built into pro.

My problem is two fold, the buttons are working fine but if you decide to change the quantity of the item in your cart and click on update the recalculation doesn’t recalculate the shipping cost. So if you decide to buy 2 cups say, instead of one it adds the cost of the second cup OK but doesn’t add the second shipping cost.

The second problem I can see I am going to have is if I have customers from another country. I can see no way of adding a second currency and shipping cost to the Paypal cart and assume I will have to create another button for each country and currency that might occure, which seems a mad.

Can anyone suggest a simple solution as the site is only going to sell a very small range of products, under 5 at the moment, so Paypal is the best option.

Rather than do this direct to Paypal you could set this up with a Free mals account which would allow you to adjust shipping costs, currencies etc. but still use PP for the money side of things.

Thanks Dave, I have looked at that as an option, it seemed a lot more complex than the Freeway buttons and was hoping not to have to go that route for just 5 items.

But i guess if that is the only option I’ll take another look at it,
