Could someone help point out what to do with the PayPal buy button code that I had generated at Paypal for an item on my webpage? I made an html box and went to html markup but it’s not working.

Hi Bob,
If you are using Freeway 5.5 then we have an Action for PayPal buttons built in. If you still want to use the code generated by PayPal then you need to use a Markup Item. Simply go to Insert->Markup Item and a little window will pop up where you can paste the PayPal code. Click OK and a blank box will appear on your page. Size and position this box as you like and when you preview your page, you should see your button.

I was doing it backwards and sideways, creating a html box and then fiddling with the markup.
