The error you quoted was from a different part of the page, wherever
the WebYep stuff gets added. The line referenced said
<script language="JavaScript" ...
and went on without a type=“text/javascript” attribute.

Oops. I saw the WC3 validation error refer to javascript and assumed it was from the javascript markup item i have on the page, but after a closer look, it looks like it is referring to something with WebYep (maybe since it is still in demo mode?)
