[Pro] PHP Feedback Form Error Handling

I have set up a small site that uses a simple Feedback form and what ever i try to input it always comes back as a Success!! even if i press submit with nothing in the form. I have used the PHP Feedback Form action before and it works perfectly, but not on this site for some reason, i have tried to delete the action and reapplying it with no success. The web site is www.glandorelookout.ie/newsite

Any suggestions?

Your email field has the the input name of ‘Email’ it should be ‘email’ - case sensitive.

Do it in the 3rd Tab in the inspector with the email box selected.

If you combine your First and Family names into 1 box ‘name’ then the subsequent email you receive will come from ‘name’ at ‘email’
