[Pro] PHP Feedback Form not showing

Having almost finished my first site on Freeway Pro, I have now got to the point where I need to do the form.
Looking at the tutorial video seemed easy enough but I do not have a PHP Feeder Form link on the drop down as shown.
I have looked at various questions/answers about this subject but am a little put off as in appears to involve some form of coding. I really did like the simple method as shown on the video!
Can anyone advise how I can simply do this?

Hi Mike,

  1. Download the Action - http://www.freewayactions.com/product.php?id=019
  2. Install the Action by dropping it on the Freeway application icon
  3. Follow the tutorial video or instructions of the web site (see step 1)
  4. Upload and try your form
  5. If you get stuck come back here and complain! :slight_smile:

Done all that and it now works a treat!
A bit premature to show you the site as it’s on a test domain and the client hasn’t seen it yet but when it’s live I will put it up.
Normally I get coders to do my work but due to budget constraints, I decided to give this a go myself. Whilst it won’t win any awards it will certainly do the job for them.
