Your updated action worked right out of the Box!
Simply ticked the extra “Add trusted sender” box you added and filled in the root@ email address - published - uploaded with restaurant email address and my own to test - and IT WORKS. Email has both addresses so assume restaurant is getting the form - will check for certain tomorrow - but I know it will be OK.
