Anyone with a Mac know how to finish a contact form? PHP Feedback Form, which is supposed to be under the Page/Page Actions menu, is missing on my version of Freeway Pro, which I just bought.

Note: if you have watched the FW moment tutorial you do NOT need to change your file suffix to .php
If you do then you will lose the ability to preview your form locally
