[Pro] php Form issue

Hi all,

I received an email today via a form on one of my freeway sites and it didn’t give me the senders email address. Just to check, I sent myself one from this form and made sure I put my email address in, but when I received it it didn’t pull the email address through either.

Any ideas?

Your email and organisation form fields have the same name - item9.
One is overriding the other.

Give each form field a unique, and sensibly identifiable, name and see if that does the job.
