Hi all…
Is it possible to change the size of the font wbe n someome types in a form field? I know how to change the size of box but the actual text?

Just set the font size. The box will follow automatically. You can do a lot of things with this Action, and I recommend you use a very light hand. Only change a few things. It is very easy to make a form input that doesn’t look usable – people will ignore/be confused/both.

i actually was using the Freeze Form item not the form element styler action.

One or the other. Freeze Form does a much-simplified version of what Form Element Styler does. I would NOT mix them together.
