I wish for members to be able to PRINT a membership form from the website.

How do I go about it?

Not being sure of what programmes you use, I would use InDesign (or Illustrator or similar) to construct the membership form and save as a pdf. Upload this separately and offer as a ‘download our application form’ link.

Otherwise (and others more in the know than me could chip in here), construct the application form in Freeway and somehow ‘Print Window’?
