OK, this is bad. I have a huge site I am working on, and suddenly it says it can’t save it because of End of File (mind you, not EOF not found, just EOF) It gives what could be an error code - (-39:114:9935)
it will publish, but not save. I have tried quitting and restarting, and yes, changes are lost. It saves maybe once, then stops again.
Sorry to hear you have been experiencing problems. I’ve have seen your email to Support and have replied to that with some suggestions that will hopefully help pinpoint what could be causing the error. Please do get back in touch with me if the problem persists.
I’ve had this same issue, though without solution I can offer you a little tip - (if it’s a great deal of time invested), you can save your work by copy/pasting everything into a new site (version) before quitting the EOF site without being able to save.

So is there a way to generalize the problem and provide a general solution
to exist here on the forum for others to find - or help others to avoid the
issue?
Good PR, not great support. Why not catch two birds with one email.
Well, the official line was to do the usual. removing any offending graphic or object until it is happy. With over a hundred pages and thousands of objects, I decided to bite the bullet, and go back to the last version saved.
Lots of work later, much of it due to corrupted pages losing their formatting, even after having the Master reapplied, it is done - for now.
I posted about this in another thread, with a screen-shot (shame we can’t have those here).
I’m working on Yosemite beta and posted a bug report to Apple about it. The response from their engineers was that it is a problem at the developer’s end. So it’s down to Softpress to fix it.

I know FWP has issues with really long page lengths - perhaps there are
practical limits on page numbers or file contents.
I’ve never made a site that big with FWP… and likely would not (at least
not one file). If such a thing is problematic, this would be good to know -
for sure.
We’re still looking into this problem here and will let you know as soon as we discover anything.
Apologies for the aggravation.
