I am no expert on Chrome but it looks like a Chrome 23 bug to me.
Simply take a screenshot of your Enrol button and use that instead with the action applied.
BTW - if you are concerned how your pages look when zoomed then turn on Safari’s View>Zoom Text Only feature and look at your page zoomed a couple of notches.
