[Pro] Pulse CMS mystery?

I’m trying to update the URLs in a block of links below a Pulse CMS blog in an html box. I created this content a couple of years back and unfortunately I’ve forgotten how I was able to add the links section beneath the blog.

These text links are similar to those on the rest of the site, so I still think I did it in FW rather than Pulse, where I see no way to do it, but I’m seeing no obvious way to do this in Freeway Pro either.

Since the links do not appear at all in Freeway – they only show up online – I’m totally confused as to how I did it and I’d appreciate someone smarter than me taking a look at the page to suggest how I may regain access to that text. Perhaps I’ve forgotten some hidden way that I did it.

Thanks for any advice or suggestions you can offer.

As a rule with Pulse you copy a line of code from Pulse where you set up trhe Blog or Block and paste that into your FW page.

So in the markup on your FW page is there one line of code or two?

If two then I would suspect that one of them refers to a Block you created in Pulse where you entered your Links.

Just one, but I must have created the box and added the links before I added the Pulse code. That’s all I can think of.

I still have no clue why the links would not show in my FW doc whether I did that or not, but I’ll try to recreate it from scratch. If I get two blocks of links with the same blog code, I’ll know there’s more to it.

Thanks, Dave.

Well, starting with the links in an html box and then adding the code is a total mess, yielding many copies of links. Back to searching for ideas.

Have a look and see if you have created a Block in Pulse that contains your links.

The problem is that we cannot see the PHP code in your online page because it is parsed by the server.

If you can provide it as a text file we can probably help more.

View it locally in your browser and all you will get is the page code. That is what we need to see so copy and paste.

Did you perhaps use “Super Blocks” in Pulse to add the links
