[Pro] Pulse Gallery

I have a Pulse gallery on my page and it seems to be creating a space below the gallery. At least I think it’s Pulse.

How can I get rid of this. I tried display:block.

There’s an empty

inside item11.

Open your browser’s Web Inspector and see for yourself. Removing it closes the gap.

That’s the Mark-up for the Pulse Slider.

Ok. It’s also the problem. Can it not be removed?

I’m afraid it’s more complicated than that.

The browser’s Inspect Element feature isn’t showing the actual code but a malformed version of the paragraph tag Freeway insists on placing into div id=“item11” which Freeway interprets as “empty” because it only contains a markup item with all the slider code. The browser can’t quite work out and places the extra set of p tags in the rendering, but trust me they’re not in the page code.

There is a wonderful and handy action by Tim Plumb for removing p tags… Remove Paragraph Tags. Apply it to the item11 container and it will remove all p tags from it. Lucky for you the only ones in that container are ones that you don’t want.

Thank you. I didn’t know that action existed. I’m so used to using Max’s version for Rich text elements that I never looked for any others for Freeway.
