I have built a situation with a target show/hide layer and icons where when a person mouses over an icon, different layers appear of text.
My question is,
since all the layers are stacked on each other in a certain place in my page, how do I access each text box if I have to change the text?
I know the site panel lets me see all the object names but how do actually click inside of one of them that is way down to edit?
Click on the name of the item to select it, then hit Return on the keyboard. The layer will temporarily appear at the top of the stack (it’s important to note that it doesn’t actually change layer order at any time, it just appears visible and selectable at the top of the stack). You can then use your arrow keys to navigate and select text for editing. If you click elsewhere, the layer will disappear beneath the rest of the stack once again.
