Does a copy of the license have to reside in any folder with a form in it? Currently the license is only in my main directory and it is not working. (this was just brought to my attention)

Hi,
Yes, with the current version there must be a copy of the license in
each folder there is a page with an easiForm in it, so you can just
simply upload one using ftp to your server directory with an easiForm.
