[Pro] Quick Time animation created by Kinemac

The Problem:
I have created a Quick Time animation with Kinemac (actually I modified the Quartz Composition ) to use on my web site and it takes so long to download that I fear visitors to my site may get frustrated and quit. No matter what browser I use, Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Internet explorer to be exact, the same thing happens. I have also modified my animation to a stripped down version in order to reduce the file size but still the same thing.
Have read freeway reference completely and I am getting no where.
I am new to this experience and need help please.

When you exported your movie, did you set the Web Fast Start options
on? What that does is compress the headers that tell the QuickTime
plug-in how long the movie is and what size it is and what the poster
frame looks like. It also moves that information to the very beginning
of the file so it is the first thing that the plug-in reads in. That
way the big Q will disappear more quickly, and your visitors will
start to see the play controls and will see the time bar fill in to
indicate how much has downloaded.
