[Pro] quicktime video won't play on site

Trying to place video on web site. Using Freeway Pro and Safari browser. After drawing html box and inserting .mov file, load to browser and get a big question mark where the video should be on the page. Any ideas on what the problem is?

Your browser doesn’t have the proper CODEC installed. Basically, if you stick to H.264 video and AAC audio, you will be happiest.

Thanks, Walter. You are right. The same video played perfectly on Firefox. Disappointing that my primary broweser doesn’t work. Spent a whole afternoon trying to fix the problem. I appreciate your help!
