Is it my error or does the RPL action not sit comfortably with the CSS Menu action? My simple CSS Menu breaks apart on a screen enlargement.

You may have to give that the Remove From Relative Page Layout item action. This way the RPL action will ignore it.

Chances are, if it’s a menu item at the top of your page you can let RPL ignore it.
