I spent several hours researching it, but PIE looked to be the best overall solution.
Honestly, I don’t care if the experience slows down on Windows. I want those Windows users to feel the pain of not owning a Mac. But at the same time, I want to force my design aesthetic down their throats. I’m happy if their experience is slow, so long as corners are rounded.
