Hi.
I am new to responsive and have a question.
I have 4 icons that are placed over a larger image. Can I make those icons rollovers that change when you hover and click on it?

More than likely. Do you wish the icons to change when you hover over the larger image?

Can you post a link to what you have just now with a bit more info as to exactly what you want to happen?

And how is the Responsive part of the question relevant?

I am in the layout stage now and am using InDesign to get several ideas first to present so have not actually started the freeway file yet. I would like it if they could change when hovered over. Would they be basically setup the same way in a responsive site as they are now set up in a non-responsive site?
(I know I will have to use wrappers on the page).
I guess I am just asking if I can still do everything in a responsive site that was possible to do in a non-responsive site?
