[Pro] Rollovers not rolling over

Created nav buttons with three states, normal, over and click. Problem is the click won’t work. Not the first rollovers I’ve done so I’m stumped. In the action palette all the items are checked correctly. There is 4 pixels between each button, so they are not touching. Any ideas what I can look for?

I want to add, in program preview they work perfect but in browser preview the third state will not work

Which method of rollover creation are you using?

And please post a link.

Method?
1 jpeg for each state (normal, over and click) then graphic for text (the label)

Align all

Group

Action>rollover

Action palette. check next to each label at appropriate place. i.e. normal is check for normal, etc…

Don’t have a link

The other thing to remember is that if these are Navigation links then your visitor may not see the clicked state as they are whisked off to another page.

D, Yes layered Graphic boxes. I think they would see the click layer. The navigation is on the Master page and stays constant on all pages.

Hmmm, maybe you are on to something there. How about this, my third state is almost the same as mouse over except a small circle in the button turns from clear to green. Could I get it to hold that state ( green circle on) until the user presses another button?
