[Pro] RPL Action

I have an older web site that seems not to do well with the RPL action. When it is applied and the page is previewed, things really move around. It appears I may have some basic design flaws contributing to the problem since the problem appears with just the master page without any content. Any help would be appreciated. The site is uccl.org

The problem appears to be in the vertical css menu. If I remove the menu the page previews with everything where it belongs. What is wrong with the menu?

If it’s causing a problem and since there’s nothing below it, try applying the “Remove from RPL” Action to it.
