[Pro] RSS News Feed Within A Page w/ Comments

I’m working on a site that requires a news feed. A blog of sorts. Just with shorter posts. Something like this:

I’d like it to be complete with the little avatars, a comment option and all that jazz. I know this may be a long shot, but if not, or if it is at least doable, I’d be forever grateful to anyone that could help me.

Is it done with RSS? Joomla? Which is I have no idea how to operate, incorporate, etc… And I’m borderline HTML/CSS brain dead… thus why I’m using Freeway. Thanks a ton and I hope someone gets this! =)

One more thing:

I need to keep it within a box. Without scrollbars. And contained to top,bottom and side constraints withing clean separation lines and time/date stamped. Similar to the site example above. Possible in Freeway? Thanks!
