[Pro] Scriptlightbox strangeness (att: Walt or Dave)

Hi Walt,

something unusual is happening when using lightbox and I can easily show you.

  1. Click this link.

http://hoffkids.com/FWtest/academicvideos.html

Here you will see a graphic image thats says “AVA.” click this and in another tab a page I just made with a chart opens up- all looks great.

  1. GO back to…
    http://hoffkids.com/FWtest/academicvideos.html

now click the box that says “DISCOVERY EDUCATION (same link)” this page opens with scriptylightbox to the same page as above but the text turns black and much is weird/missing in the chart.
Since my goal was to have this other page I made with the chart open with scriptylightbox I was wondering what you think is making this go strange?

Thanks,

Barry

There is a style being set in the SLB action which is taking precedence over your white text style in the table.

#lightwindow p {
color: black;
padding-right: 10px;
}

This might be a time to use graphic text (to avoid altering the Action or its code)

Now I just have to find out what is going on with the scroll bars with the chart and my phone? I checked my wife’s iphone and there are no scroll bars but i could scroll with my finger when I pressed on the chart.

On my android phone I cannot do anything with scrolling chart.

hmmm

Some mobile browsers don’t support Overflow:Auto and/or display scroll bars.

Redirect mobile users to another page with a different construction. Just the table and some links?

makes sense.

Not too sure how much this will be an issue in the future but good to know and good for others to see,

Is it the operating system (Android) or the browser (i.e. safari, opera, etc?)

or just did not use SLB action!

HTML all the way this time.

Not specifically a SLB problem - more about providing alternatives for mobile browsers if a significant amount of your visitors are using them.
