[Pro] ScriptyFader and WebYep not compatible?

Hi, I was wondering whether ScriptyFader could (or would in the future) be made to work with WebYep. I can get WebYep to work with show/hide target layer but not Scripty Fader. This would be useful as Scripty Fader does look good.

Thanks

The issue here is that the WebYep admin dingus injects a second copy of Prototype into the page. I know Max did some work around this area, and I’m not sure if he fixed it, but the work-around I remember is having the button to open the admin feature on a different page than the fader effect. You can still navigate to the fader page and edit things on that page, because the admin key is unlocked on that other page, and you only have to do that once per site.

Max did this as workaround for the carousel, so I’m optimistic that this could work for fader as well. You need to switch off prototype/scriptaculous in the wy config file. The caveat is, that you need to shoot them manually to your server on other pages those library are in use (lightbox for example).

There had been issues, but I have carousel running together with the login on one page.
