ScriptyLightbox expects that local links will be to page fragments –
cut-down versions of the page that do not have a complete complement
of HTML tags. The easiest way to get a compliant page is to use the
Action ‘PHP Make Insert Page’ to remove the HTML, HEAD and BODY tags
from the page you want to display in the lightbox.

  1. Download and install PHP Make Insert Page PHP Make Insert Page - ActionsForge

  2. View the page you want to insert into the lightbox in Freeway.

  3. From the Page menu, select Actions / PHP Make Insert Page.

  4. On the page where you want to see it in a lightbox, draw a Graphics
Box on the page, and insert a photo of the page or some other hint
about what the person will be seeing when they click. Click on the
graphic, and from the Hyperlink popup at the bottom of the screen
(globe menu) choose the page you made in step 2.

  5. While the graphic is still selected, also add the ScriptyLightbox
    Action to the graphic.

Try it out, and see if it works for you.

The issue is that whatever styles needed by your insert page have to
be present in the outer page that you insert them into, because the
styles are stripped off by the PHP Make Insert Page Action when you
process the insert so it will work with the Action. The simplest way
to make sure this works is to open up the Site Preferences dialog,
find the “Use External Stylesheets” option and turn it on (it’s off by
default). You’ll need to re-publish your entire site after you do this
but then all styles will be available to all pages equally.
