[Pro] ScriptyLightbox2

Hi Waltd.
I have tried the new ScriptyLightbox action and I think it’s brilliant.
Is there anyway that the background can be dimmed when the video loads, I have seen this effect on other sites and it helps people to concentrate on the video.

Also I asked before about a video that will will play on loading the page and found this page.

I think this suggests that if I use the youtube or vimeo action I can set a page up and the video will play automatically on loading, can you confirm this and can this be achieved using Sublimevideo.
Thanks Victor

Using YouTube and Vimeo movies in Freeway - Freeway - Softpress Talk

You can very easily add a Vimeo or YouTube video to a Freeway page using the YouTube and Vimeo Actions. If you want to get hand-knitted, you can even copy the one-line embed script from either service and paste it into a Markup Item on your page. Nothing stopping you there. Auto-play may be an option on either of those Actions.

Not in SublimeVideo per se. It’s possible technically, but I haven’t exposed that feature in the Action. There’s a whole new version of Sublime (the service) now, and I haven’t dug into it yet to see if it’s easier to use in this regard than the first version. All I did with the first iteration of Sublime was make the page valid HTML5, construct a

You are welcome to dig into the Action and see if you can enable it. All of my Actions are open-source, and they are just text files after all. Please Do Implement, as the creator of Rails has famously said over and over. As long as you don’t make that the default, I would happily accept a patch to add the control.

The ScriptyLightbox Action has that feature already. The ScriptLightbox2 Action is not a new version of ScriptyLightbox (I do regret that naming choice) it is a different approach, meant to be better on iOS devices.
