It will depend on the screen size you are viewing on.
BTW - the Full background image you are using is resizing disproportionally to the browser window. Not a good idea when you are incorporating a logo.

Yeah, everyone i sent it to says its scrolling, is there a way to make it scroll able on every computer without having to worry about this problem?
what do you suggest i should do? when i put the image on the actual page, it looks dark and not the way i want it to.

Unfortunately your whole construction is flawed.
A logo like this should never be used as a background image - especially if it is the only one that appears on the page.
On iPhone your text box completely obscures your logo (in portrait) and is dispro in landscape.

So how do i fix it? when i place the logo on the page, it doesnt look the way it should.
Should i put the logo on the actual page and hope that it scrolls that way?

I would take your original logo file and remove the H Grant centre section with its glow and save it as a million colour png with transparency.
Then use the background to that file as a page bg in FW.
Now you can carefully position your logo, text boxes etc. to avoid overlap and not worry about the logo being hidden.

Now you can carefully position your logo
Import the logo as a pass-through image. Make sure you size it appropriately in Pshop first.

I like the white background on the font(transparency problems) im using a 32 inch screen,i think that is why its messing everything up

I was thinking more like this - http://www.deltadesign.co/FW6Test/bg-with-png.html
Obviously with a better job on the transparency
