The standard Freeway send form action on this website does not seem to recognize the elements in the table preventing me to choose the senders email address in the dropdown of the action itself.
I’ve applied the send form action to the table but also tried to the page, but in both cases these elements are not recognized.
What am I doing wrong here?

This is because you have used Text Areas instead of Text Fields

The top ones are text fields, the bottom one is a text area. The action is not recognizing any one of them.

The top ones are text fields, the bottom one is a text area.
They are ALL Text Areas.
Look at the form with Safari - see how you can drag the bottom right corner of each one to increase its size. You cant do that with a text field!
