I am using Go Daddy and can’t seem to get the form to work. I have tried everything, even using PHP Feedback form. What is the difference between these two anyway? I submit and nothing happens (no success page) and I check my email and nothing was received. Is it still a Go Daddy thing or am I doing something wrong?

Things must be bad if you even tried the PHP Feedback Form Action! 
Essentially the two Actions do the same thing. One has been around longer than the other and works differently ‘under the hood’ but the features are pretty much on par with each other.
Looking at your page code I can see that there is a form item for your PayPal button on that page but nothing wrapped around your form itself. Try applying either Action (but not both) to the item called ‘item5’ in your page. You’ll be able to find it easily if you choose to view items in the site panel. If you’ve an old GoDaddy account you’ll need to use the GoDaddy option in the Action which will send your form data to a script on your server called gdform.php. If that doesn’t work then I suspect you’ve either got a newer account and you should try the Action with this option switched off.
Give this a go and come back to us if you are still having issues.
