I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with the send form action. I have used it without problem on a handful of occasions but now i’m getting an internal server error message. I originally had the form applied to the page but once I found the problem I then applied the action to the parent table instead of the page - still no good.
Can anyone suggest any other ways to get it up and running?
An “Internal Server Error” message is from your server, and it means that the PHP code is not being processed correctly. This could mean that the version of PHP on your server is either too old or too new for the code in the Send Form Action. Is this the exact same server where you have had success in the past? If so, can you confirm that one of those older forms is still working the way you expect it to?
If it’s a different server, the next step will be to enable error reporting, or locate the Apache and PHP error logs and read what the exact error is. The generic error page you’re seeing is deliberately vague, so as not to hint to a hacker exactly how she can co-opt your server.
