[Pro] send form with two menu/list actions in it but only receive one data field back

Hi Everybody.I am new to this forum but have been using freeway pro for some time. I have to say “I love Freeway Pro”.
I am in the process of building this site on the fly. I have built the contact form and included 2 x menu/list actions for 2 x seperate fields. When the form is completed by customer I only receive 1 x field entry back. I am receiving all other fields for example input fields and 1 x text field.
Does anyone know of a tutorial for this ?Please.

The first thing I would say Mike is that you cannot rely on all browsers being able to see your Placeholder text.

It will be invisible to earlier IE versions - so add some Text Labels to your fields so that it all makes sense to those visitors.

Other than that it worked for me - all fields were present.

Hi Mike,

Just sent a message off list but it looks like the name of the “Title” field is “Company Type”. This is coming through in the test email you sent me, but that’s why you’re not seeing a specific entry for “Title”.
