I have a problem with my sequence timer action, I built a fading slide show, and it worked fine, I made some changes that resulted in less images, now it will not change to the new settings, I have closed the action, and reopened it, and its stays as it was, I built another slide show on another page, and again the sequence timer setting are from the old slideshow, from another page

Usually an action problem like this can be resolved by removing the action and then republishing the page/site.

Then reapply the action and publish again.

Just check while you are there that you have the latest version of the action (2.9?)
