I’m going to be creating a web page that shows a little movie of an event (I can do that bit!); all I want is to create an eMail “Sign In” form so that I can record everyone who watches it. I want no more than a name and e-mail address - no fancy passwords or confirmations, etc. Can this be done easily and simply? Thanks, Richard Atherton.

Probably not the best place to post this request but easy to implement.
If you use the PHP Feedback form action to collect the email address and name then use the ‘success’ page set in the action as the page where your video is hosted then this should get you most of the people that watch it.
There will be folk that get there through other means and if that is an issue you can set the ‘success’ page to only accept visitors from your form (sign in) page using a bit of PHP.
