[Pro] simple SEND FORM question

Hi,

I am changing a working form that currently uses PHP feedback form to SEND FORM action.

I have 3 questions on my form after their name.

When I get the email with the person’s responses, I am getting
-their name
-answer to question #1
-answer to question #3

It is not giving me the answer to question #2 in the email.
I cannot figure out why.

The question “What math class are you in?” is not coming thru in the email with their answers even though it worked with PHP feedback form.

Sorry, I figured it out.

In the GROUP name for the radio buttons I had a period at the end and this was making it not send me an email or not see that group of buttons.

all good now.
