Is there any reason why when I type in 2 words there is no space between the words?

I think you have the same problem that other pages that use jQuery have - ie the jQuery javascript is capturing the use of the spacebar for itself.
Note what happens to the carousel when you use the spacebar.
Move the search box to another page?

This will be easier if you use jquery.boutique.js instead of jquery.boutique_min.js (the compressed version)
Look for the line
if( event.keyCode==32 ){ event.preventDefault();
and comment it out
//if( event.keyCode==32 ){ event.preventDefault();
Give it a go and report back.

Yes, adding // before the if on that line in the min.js seems to do the trick.
By the way I had both the .js and the min.js uploaded - I deleted the min.js - Is that correct?

Apart from jquery.min.js and jquery.easing.1.3.js (both essential)
You use either jquery.boutique.js or jquery.boutique_min.js (the compressed version)
jquery.boutique.js is easier to modify because it is uncompressed
Then the code in Page>HTML Markup should be
<script type="text/javascript" src="jquery.boutique.js"></script

It sounds like your jQuery carousel is taking the space key and not allowing it to be used for normal input. Without editing the carousel code yourself, or contacting the author of the carousel you’re not going to be able to change the way it behaves, I don’t think.

I have gone back to the original.
It seems to be able to find two word entries ok anyhow.
Pitty, the Search Page has caused me a few problems. As you will see I havn’t got it on my other pages - just a link back to the home page one. I will have to put up with it I suppose.
