Possibly, although there are two boring but unfortunately salient points to note:
If this is something you’ve upgraded from, you should, really, stop using your current version if you pass along your old version. Standard software license terms.
Freeway 5 won’t work in the next version of the Mac OS. I’m not actually certain it’d work in the current one, but it definitely won’t when we move to 10.15.

It does work in Mojave. I have some old sites I hadn’t migrated to 7 for various reasons and keep 5 and 6 around for just that purpose.
