I moved my Folders with websites incl the FW-Pro files to a new computer.
Now every time when publishing the site or trying to upload from my new computer I get the message that the ‘server is not found or there is no connection with the server’ I guess meaning that there is no connection with my previous computer from where I moved the files.
When ignoring this message by clicking OK I get the message that ’ the 'file sources are not found and will be replaced by a pre-view file (wit possible lower quality)
It shows a list of files witch are far to many to replace them each manually
What’s the solution I should look for or what did I overlook when moving my folders from the old to my new computer?
The same as you would do using Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress : Save archive. That will save the Freeway file together with a folder ‘Media’ which contains the imported media.
And … start working properly. Always import all data for your project from the that folder. Keep your stuff together. As soon as your resources are fragmented, chances are you’ll forget half of them when you need to move your stuff. It all starts with plain and simple discipline.

Save Archive is the only safe way to move entire projects.
However if you have all the original resources(media) on your New computer then if you do Edit>Resources you will see a list of missing files. Now if you choose one of the missing files and use the Edit button (bottom right) you will then some options. One of these is Locate.
If you use the Locate button to find a missing Resource then FW will find other missing files that are stored in the same place - so it makes sense to keep all these original resources in a ‘Media’ folder. And that is why, if you start a site from one of the included Templates, FW creates a ‘Media’ folder for you.
