Hi, is there a policy on Freeway Talk for the participants not spamming other participants or people on the email list? I suspect that I have just been spammed by one of the forum users.

Certainly only Forum users can ‘see’ the Contact info on your people page.
What makes you think that the ‘spam’ comes from a FWTalker that you wouldn’t have got otherwise.

David, I received an email this morning promoting a product unrelated to the reasons we’re on this forum, that I’m pretty sure I’ve seen come from a forum participant who has been here for help.
Now, let me say, I am not against promotion, we all have to do this for our businesses, but I don’t want to get spam from forum members.

If that is the case then I suggest that you let Walter know the nature of it as he certainly could do something about it if action was required.
