Is there any way i can put into a website a feature so the client can control and see there stock levels?

Where are these stock levels currently kept? Is there an online store that sells them, and does the total need to be reduced by each sale? Are there also sales in the real world that would need to be tracked in parallel? More information will help us guide you to a solution.
The short answer is yes, it can be done. You would store the total (or the actual inventory) in a database of some kind, and at the very least, the client could adjust the numbers directly there using a Web control panel. Showing the number on the page is a fairly basic exercise, using any of a number of programming languages or frameworks.
