I bought a new computer and reinstalled Freeway. Then I loaded in my Website from my back-up. All the files are present, but there are suddenly tons of problems. Freeway claims a lot of files can’t be found, even though they are there, and some Actions don’t work properly anymore.To repair everything by hand is out of the question as it would take days. I am sure there must be a simple solution. I suppose it has something to do with my properly transferring my Site from the old computer to the new. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how I can properly transfer my Site to the new computer?

Migration Assistant is the Apple provided software that does all this for you.
Look in Applications>Utilities for it.
However most Missing Resource errors can be easily sorted by going into FW and Edit>Resources - select one of the missing graphics and use the Edit button to then find it through the Finder interface and if other missing graphics are also in the same location then FW will update them at the same time.
This is where your proper file management will kick in if you have placed all the graphics etc that you have used in your site in the Media feet that FW provides for you.
If you have dragged and dropped files from all over your HD then it can become a painful process.
If you still have your old Mac running FW then use the FW command File>Save Archive which will bundle the FW doc and all it’s Resources into 1 neat folder for you. Then just copy that Archive folder onto your new machine.
But Migration Assistant’s job is to transfer all your Files, Apps and User settings from1 machine to another.
