I know what you mean although it is one of the curiosities of the online experience that so much business is done without people knowing any actual physical address or location.
A physical address was not something which at the time the client had which he could use due to his personal situation the details of which are not for me to divulge but suffice to say they were all entirely legitimate.

I had flagged it up to him and doubtless when the revision is done then it will be addressed literally!
