I posted this on Aug. 5 got no response and I’m still having the problem…
This may be some simple setting that I inadvertently changed but, every time I attempt to copy and paste a graphic into a table cell (after I have scaled the pic to fit), the table cell grows by 4 pixels on the bottom (width). So once that happens you cannot resize the cell width. When I delete the item, the cell returns to the original size. Of course none of the item>graphic>scale commands work because the item is already in it’s box which is in turn inside the cell. This only recently began happening. Is there a way to lock table cell size into place? Thanks, Glenn
Sure, notice the two links to Stitcher on this page. These are new graphics placed into into tables. The paste results in the 4 pixels added to the bottom of table cell. As you can see,in the rest of the table the graphics fit. These were done earlier before this started happening.
I figure this one out way back when, the cell “align” must be on middle.
Now I have another anoying problem concerning table cells.
I place all my graphics, exact same width, in a table row. They come as the correct size. Yet there is an approximate 5 pixel pad within the cells and Freeway will not allow me to change the width even though there seems to be nothing that should prevent this.
