FW 5.5
Hi,
I got trouble with 2 actions, target image and target image 60 which stopped working on 2 sets (out of 3) of a multilingual site. I first tested these 2 actions on the master english page, then verified both look ok on all english pages which inherit from the master. Then I copied both item on each of the alternate master page. I kind of remember (well I am not 100% sure) they worked ok on at least one alternate language. But now they only work in the english original pages. The html containers holding a graphic item look both blank.
Have you by accident met something like that? Do I forget something or possibly did something wrong?

It looks like these 2 actions, once copied from a master page to the 2 other master pages stop working. Blank. No page inheriting these 2 masters work at any time. The original ones still works fine. I am puzzled… what may I did have done wrong? Experimenting…

I found the reason of the problem. When I copied the items throughout the pages, I copied along the actions attached to them, but NOT the sequencing action attached to the page underneath. Without it target image actions are useless dumb code…
That was easy to fix but would you believe I spent many hours on this one? I wish the target image actions or more generally speaking actions would issue a warning when some close coupled action is missing, like in the case sequencer/target. Maybe that is not possible or easy to implement? Maybe I am going to learn next time?
