I want to put a text box that is a set size on my web site, and I wanted to make it so when I put in text longer than the box it comes up with a scroll bar is this possible in freeway?

Very simple. Draw your text box, and while it’s selected, look in the
Inspector at the Overflow setting. Set this to either Scroll or Auto.
(Auto won’t show the scrollbar if the content fits in the box, while
Scroll will always show it, whether it’s needed or not.)
If you don’t see this option, then it’s possible that your text box is
not set to be a Layer. Tick that checkbox in the Inspector, and you
should see the option.
