I’m trying to use Paul’s text flow action and I’m doing something wrong. I am using RPL, but I can’t get it to work right even if I remove RPL or apply “remove from RPL” to my path. Any ideas?
The action can be found here for those unfamiliar:

Thanks everyone!!!

This action came long before RPL so I would not have RPL anywhere near that page.

It’s working great on this page:

The first difference I see between these pages is that the image is on top of the text on the page that doesn’t work.
The layering should be
At the bottom the image
Next layer the image map/line
Finally - on top - the html box containing the text

First, an ignorant question for you: does dragging the order of the items around in the page view do the same thing as option clicking the item and telling it “send to back,” “bring to front” etc?
I’m messing with the layering of the items and not getting much luck. Sometimes, when I move the map/line instead of just moving the layering order FW moves it’s location on the page. Frustrating!
Anyway, if it’s helpful for comparisons sake, I’m also successfully using the text flow action at the top of the page here:

I think I figured it out. When I made the html box with the text bigger, everything flowed as expected. Check it out now: http://invertministries.com/Beta/textflowblog.html
Now, that being said, do you see any troubles with using this action, however old as it is. It seems to be playing nicely with the RPL, but you have me a little worried!

If it works in IE8 then I would leave it at that.

Just ran up on an issue on my iphone. Perhaps all is not as well as I thought!
Do you know of another way to create this effect other than using this old action?

Out of curiosity, what is your preferred method for checking these things. I’ve used browsershots in the past, but it is cumbersome.
