I have a set of 4 tabs on my site that I wish to have a rollover state once moused over.

Within each of these tabs I have bulleted text points that I wish to be HTML.

EG.

TITLE

– bullet 1

– bullet 2

– bullet 3

I have placed the HTML in a table 4 rows X1 Column, and then placed this inline on the page on top of the graphic DIV (tab).

I want to be able to mouse over the each tab so the rollover state is visible whilst at the same time the individual bullets have state changes to indicate which point is being viewed, but the rollover state MUST be maintained at all times until moused off.

Is there an easier way to go about this, I can achieve this with graphic images, But wish to have it HTML for SEO purposes.

Any suggestion are also welcomed

The top right TAB is the best I can achieve at the moment with HTML ‘text rollover’ action. But the tab flickers when you roll between text points.

The subsequent 3 tabs are graphic items so only the entire button is clickable, and not individual points/bullets on the tab of each respective section.
