I’ve uploaded this site http://www.heatherbankprint.co.uk/request-quote.html which contains 2 forms to be submitted. The PHP scripts have been created using Forms To Go and uploaded using uploadstuff along with the site to our client’s ISP.
The problem is that when clicking the submit button, the ISP returns the error message above.
I’ve spoken to the ISP (small company which deals with a niche market of customers) and he’s checked the location of the files (I’m not allowed access to the server directly!). He says the 2 .php files are there in the resources folder. We’ve tried moving them to alongside the HTML files, but still no joy.
The scripts are PHP4 which, I’m told, the ISP supports.
I’m certainly not, and it would appear that the ISP isn’t either, an expert in the behind-the-scenes workings of websites, so we’re both a little stuck at what to try. Any suggestions?
Either change the form action (Page/Form Setup) to point to this file
or upload the php file to the same location as the host html file (http://www.heatherbankprint.co.uk/
).
Regards,
Tim.

If you do happen to check that it is working… it won’t be!
It’s a strange arrangement where I have to upload into a temporary position, then tell them to copy it across to it’s final position - so currently the temporary one is up to date and the ‘live’ one isn’t!
The reason is a long story, but I am having to deal with a host that only allows uploading to temporary webspace for them to move the files to the live space. It’s a nightmare when you need to check absolute paths - and I am trying to test html emails in this way.
However, when I have control of who we use as a host, I can heartily and fully recommend ineedwebhosting,
